At THRSTY, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fit isn't quite right, you can return or exchange any unworn items with original tags within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging and secure the pre-paid shipping label provided via email to the outside of the box.

• 3.
  Drop Off Your Return

  Hand over your package to the designated carrier at any official drop-off location or schedule a free pickup through their website.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
